Step 1: Customising Online Courses
The first step in the process of using EzyLearn Enrolment Vouchers is to choose the course(s) you want to offer to your clients. EzyLearn creates modular course content that can be “mixed and matched” to give you a fully customised course.
With course creation capabilities we’re also able to create courses for you and work with your own team to turn your own content into online courses — ideal for online safety inductions.
Step 2: Estimate the number of expected enrolments
As with every business, from cafe’s to supermarkets, you need to estimate how much you’re going to sell. Wholesale discounts are available to businesses which purchase in volume and the larger the quantity the bigger the discount.

Step 3: Receive your enrolment vouchers
We provide you with the enrolment vouchers for all of your courses so you can promote the courses and start taking orders. Each enrolment voucher has a unique voucher code which alerts us that it was issued by you, and tells us precisely which course to enrol the student into.
You can promote your courses via a Facebook Page, blog, website, squeeze page or any other means. You can do letterbox drops or send email broadcasts to your client list. You can use a straightforward Paypal button or a more complicated shopping cart website.
After you make the sale we’ll do the work.
Step 4: Students start their course(s)
After your customer receives their Enrolment Voucher they visit the enrolment portal on the voucher, enter their details and redeem the voucher to begin their online training course. We process enrolments at the end of each day so they’ll be able to start next business day.
Step 5: Student support is handled by us
If your customer has any questions after redeeming their voucher they contact us and we can help with any support they need to access or use the course. They can complete their course as quickly or slowly as they want and use the course as a resource after completion. When they’ve completed all the knowledge reviews within their course they can apply for their certificate and receive it online.
