  1. EzyLearn is offering a $50 Referral Discount on every paid enrolment into a Referral Discount Approved Course. This is available to EVERY enrolment for any person provided that person identifies the Valid Student at the time of enrolling and only when the official enrolment form is used (EzyLearn Course Enrolment).
  2. The Referral Discount is ONLY available to a person who has not enrolled into an EzyLearn course or course delivered by an EzyLearn affiliate – In other words the person has not yet experienced access to any EzyLearn course of any kind. We call this person a New Student.
  3. A “Valid Student” is a student who has completed a course that they have paid for.
  4. A “New Student” is one who has never had an account with EzyLearn and agrees to the EzyLearn Terms and Conditions as stated on the EzyLearn enrolment form.
  5. The Referral Discount will be applied to the “New Students” enrolment using a partial refund using our eCommerce payment facility there are currently no charges for this, but if a charge is payable by the eCommerce provider this charged will be deducted from the discount paid so that the Referral Discount amount includes the costs involved in providing the discount. The Referral Discount is not transferrable or redeemable for cash.
  6. “New Students” become “Valid Students” immediately after the enrolment and payment is made and the Terms and Conditions in this agreement and the EzyLearn Terms and Conditions are met, and can then refer “New Customers” who are eligible for a Referral Discount.
  7. EzyLearn reserves the right to refuse the Referral Discount to any Student if it feels the promotion has been abused.
  8. The promotion is valid only for online enrolments received from New Students and paid for in full where the Valid Student paid for a course on or after 1st January 2010.
